A sweet white wine is the perfect match for Sat Bains’ Candied Vegetable Bread & Butter Pudding with Celeriac Ice Cream. Here are three options:

  • Domaine des Forges, Coteaux du Layon, (£8.29, Waitrose)
  • Mount Horrocks, Cordon Cut Riesling, (£19.99, Virgin wines for a half bottle)
  • Nyetimber, demi sec sparkling, (£34, Harvey Nichols)

And for Michel's Duck à la Rhubarb with Chinese spices, a gewürztraminer is a perfect option.

  • Domaine Bruno Sorg, Gewurztraminer, (£19.99 Nywines.co.uk)
