Andy Fairweather Low and Tift Merritt

Andy Fairweather Low began his career in Amen Corner before enjoying success as a solo artist with Wide Eyed And Legless. He's played with Bill Wyman, Eric Clapton, Roger Waters, The Who, George Harrison, Gerry Rafferty and Richard & Linda Thompson.

Tonight he's in session with his group The Lowriders, performing songs in session and sharing stories from his successful career. Hear Andy talk about some of the many artists he's worked with and how he even made an appearance on Baker Street!

In the second half of the programme, Tift Merritt talks openly about the stories behind her songs and the ups & downs of being a recording artist. She also performs tracks from her album Travelling Alone in session.
