Former high court judge Sir Paul Coleridge on why he believes the government should provide more financial incentives for people who marry, and why he thinks it's become difficult for politicians to speak out in favour of marriage as an institution. Also today, new figures suggest house prices in some areas of England and Wales have risen by 10 thousand pounds in the last month alone. It comes as the Bank of England governor says high house prices represent the biggest danger to Britain's economy. We look at the picture across the country.
