When Brian Cookson became president of the International Cycling Union in 2013, he promised to restore cycling's integrity. An independent commission has been established to investigate doping scandals which stretch back to the end of last century. But will cycling's most famous doping offender Lance Armstrong appear before the commission and reveal all he knows? Brian Cookson talks to Rob Bonnet in Belek, southern Turkey.
