Beverley Martyn first played and recorded at the age of 16 and launched the Deram record label one year later.

She contributed to Simon and Garfunkel's Bookends, played at Monterey and counts Nick Drake, Sandy Denny, Bert Jansch, Levon Helm, Richard Thompson, Ralph McTell, Davy Graham and Jimmy Page as friends and collaborators.

Beverley talks about her life and performs songs from her new release The Phoenix And The Turtle.
