The US Secretary of State, John Kerry, condemns what he describes as Russia's act of aggression in Ukraine during a visit to Kiev. Ambassador James Jeffrey, the former Deputy National Security Advisor to President George W. Bush, talks to Rhod about the options available. The Russian president, Vladimir Putin, warns against any moves by the United States and its European allies to impose sanctions. We also find out what people in Russia are hearing from their media about the crisis.

E-Cigarettes are banned in Los Angeles' workplaces, restaurants and bars. Plus Sherill Tippins tell us about her book, "Inside the Dream Palace", which chronicles the life and times of New York's legendary Chelsea Hotel.
