Day 7, Part 1 - 6.45am to 10.00am

Hazel Irvine introduces coverage from day seven of the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, where the live action kicks off with the super combined in the men's alpine skiing, an event that combines downhill and slalom. Bode Miller clinched his first Olympic gold in this event in Vancouver four years ago and, after overcoming serious injury problems, the American is appearing at his fifth Games. But his thunder may be stolen by one of his own teammates, Ted Ligety, who is the reigning world champion.

There is also live curling as Great Britain's women continue their Olympic campaign, and in men's ice hockey, the Czech Republic face off against Latvia.
