The school run is a traffic headache for parents and other commuters alike. And parents parking badly outside schools across the East have been blamed for causing accidents and children getting hurt. One head teacher in Northampton is so annoyed she's started a campaign to name and shame. We join her catching the culprits at drop-off time.
