Archbishop Vincent Nichols, Paul Vallely, writer and activist, Barry Morgan, Archbishop of Wales and Dr. Anna Rowlands, Cambridge theology lecturer are amongst those who shared their views during the year a Pope resigned for the first time in centuries, his successor was elected, flags were raised for the birth of an heir to the British crown, and hung at half mast as the world honoured Nelson Mandela.
