A charity has told us young girls in some areas are exchanging sexual favours for takeaway chicken and chips. It comes as a new reports looks at the scale of sexual exploitation of children. The deputy children's commissioner for England says some female victims, sometimes as young as 11 see it as normal and inevitable. The leader of the Scottish Conservative Party, Ruth Davidson, reacts to the publication of the Scottish Government's blueprint for independence.
