About Merle Moustafa
Merle is a small local producer of Turkish Delight and other Mediterranean specialities based in Lewes, East Sussex. From historic Lewes she makes all her own products in small batches by hand, with natural and local seasonal ingredients. All recipes are based on her Turkish - Cypriot father’s using traditional Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours including natural rose and orange blossom.

About Robert Ramsden and Alison Dodd
Robert Ramsden is an effusive vegetable exporter and passionate about the wild and the exotic. Robert used to be a chef and currently spends his days in his research kitchen working with new flavours and trying to find new products.

Alison Dodd is an ex Cordon Bleu chef and restaurant owner who decided 20 years ago to start growing fresh herbs in this country to use herself and to provide to other chefs.
