The lawyer representing the terror suspect who absconded disguised in a burka tells Victoria that her client doesn't pose a risk to the public and that information in the public domain had been "wildly exaggerated". Gareth Pierce also responds to accusations from the head of the Office for Security and Counter-Terrorism that Mohammed Ahmed Mohammed had "played the legal system".

Also a serious case review into the death of 4 year old Hamzah Khan - who was starved to death at his home in Bradford - has found that many of the systems in place let him down both before and following his death. The chairman of the review also says he cannot give assurances that a tragedy like this will never happen again.
