A special programme recorded at the new edible garden in Edinburgh's Princes Street Gardens.

Pennie Latin and the team will be talking to Claire Bennett from Edinburgh Garden Partners and David Doward from Edinburgh City Council's botanics team about the idea behind the edible garden and how successful the project has been, now that the crops are ready to harvest.

Horticultural consultant Frances Pringle and Roger Kelly from the Penicuik Lost Gardens share their thoughts on how gardening can bring communities together.

Fiona Thackery from Trellis Scotland and Frances Pringle talk about the therapeutic benefits of gardening.

Chef Neil Forbes will be cooking three different dishes using a range of the fresh produce grown in the edible garden.
