James Endeacott

Mary Anne Hobbs returns with label boss James Endeacott answering 'How Do You Make It In Show Business?' in the Three Minute Epiphany.

James Endeacott is the guy who first signed The Libertines when he was A&R for Rough Trade records. He has managed The Strokes, Tindersticks, worked at Creation Records and in 2006 founded his own label: 1965 Records. His signings include The View, The Draytones and Toddla T.

And of course, Mary Anne has a bag full of records to play you: new, vintage and live from the depths of the BBC Archive.
