The Way Way Back

3 hours
First broadcast:
Saturday 31 August 2013

Edith gets to know Summer Camp - the indie pop duo formed in October 2009 by multi-instrumentalist Jeremy Warmsley and vocalist Elizabeth Sankey. Their lyrics, written by Sankey, are often quite dark and deal with failed relationships, conflicts and teenage obsessions. Makes for an interesting chat with lots of great musical choices!

Plus Jim Rash and Nat Naxon, the creative duo behind new film The Way Way Back, talk about the pressures of making their film in 24 days!

There's also 'The Best Song I've Never Heard' and music from The Fall, The Doors, Croquet Club, Marlena Shaw, Richard Hawley, Asgeir, and Queens Of The Stone Age, amongst others!
