A new Which? Campaign is calling for a ban on costly calls for all customer service and complaints telephone lines. It says research shows two thirds of people think companies use a high-rate number to discourage consumers from calling them. Three quarters would be put off phoning customer services if they had to use a high-rate number, and more than sixty per cent would be put off making a complaint.

Kaye asks if it's worth it to complain? Can you take on the big guys and win? And is the time and effort spent on doing this worth it? Call 0500 92 95 00. Text 80295.
