Tonight there are Crocodiles in Salford. No, not in the ship canal - in the 6 Music studio, live in session for Marc Riley.

Crocodiles were formed in San Diego way back in 2008 by core members Brandon Welchez and Charles Rowell. Since then they have released four albums, the latest of which "Crimes Of Passion" was released in April and produced by Sune Rose Wagner of The Raveonettes

Outside of their activities with Crocodiles, Rowell has released music with Hollie Cook under the name Psychic Dancehall, while Welchez has released music with his wife Dee Dee Penny (of Dum Dum Girls fame) under the name Haunted Hearts. Both Rowell and Welchez have also collaborated on poetry books with various friends. Busy men!
