Bianca tells Whitney to put on her war paint and fight for Tyler. Meanwhile, Alfie advises Tyler to be the bigger man and forgive Whitney if it was a one off. Kat, come with Tommy, overhears, and it’s clear she’s reminded of her relationship with Alfie. Whitney tells Tyler she loves him, but Tyler leaves upset when Whitney can’t explain why she slept with Joey. At the community centre, Whitney stuns Ava by quitting her job and running out. At the Vic, Tyler flies at Joey when he walks in. Whitney takes Tyler home to clean his wounds but upsets him further by wanting to talk about Tony. Seeing that Tyler will never understand, the pair agree it’s over, heartbroken. Bianca returns home with Tiffany – who had run off to spend some time with Bobby at the allotment under the eye of Patrick. Whitney packs a bag to leave.

Kat tells Carl she’ll be his plus one to Roxy and Alfie’s engagement party tonight. Dressed to the nines, Kat knocks back the drinks and tries to throw herself at Alfie. Alfie says she’ll never change – with her leopard print and pulling earrings, throwing herself at the nearest man to make herself feel better. Hurt, she leaves with Carl as Alfie presents an engagement ring to Roxy to cheers from the punters.

Jean’s worried Ollie’s not replying to her calls and voicemails today. Just when she’s given up, Ollie walks through the door. She’s made him extremely happy and it’s clear he’s in it for the long haul.

It’s Lucy’s first day at Butcher’s Joints but she’s gutted when Janine makes her do the filing and get coffee, humiliating her in front of Joey and Ian. Lucy threatens to quit, only for Janine to be impressed by her bolshiness.
