5live listeners respond to campaigners losing their High Court battle over housing benefit. Ten families of disabled people have lost their claim that cuts in their housing benefit - as a result of the government's so called 'bedroom tax' - are discriminatory.

The sister of a former paratrooper who died while in police custody has told this programme she wants someone to be held accountable after being told she may have been subject to "improper police surveillance" during the inquest into her brother's death.
