A former prison officer at Feltham Young Offenders Institution fears someone could be killed there soon. A report says it is an unacceptably violent place. Victoria also speaks to a former inmate.

Also it's been called a "secretive court" where life and death decisions are made behind closed doors and without scrutiny. In an exclusive interview, recently retired senior judge, Sir Mark Hedley, from the court of protection tells Victoria why he wants to demystify proceedings there.
