Jenni Fagan

Edi Stark talks to the only Scot to be listed in this decade's Granta list of 20 Best young novelists. Jenni Fagan's poetry and debut novel The Panopticon give voice to those on the margins of society. Once said to be a danger to herself and society, she talks about the shortcomings she encountered as a Barnardo's child in the care system and how writing was her weapon of survival.
