Baroness Tanni Grey Thompson joins the Making History team to investigate claims in a new book by Dr Sue Wheatcroft at the University of Leicester that Whitehall civil servants were seriously asking whether disabled children were "worth saving" as they planned for the evacuation of London in 1938 and 1939.
