The 12th April 1993 saw Steve Lamacq present his first ever radio programme for the BBC. In the interviening 20 years he's soundtracked Britpop, discovered Coldplay and been on hand to first play music from the likes of The xx, Supergrass, 2 Door Cinema Club, Florence and the Machine, Keane and The Maccabbes.

Friday sees Steve celebrate with guests - Jo Whiley, Gaz Coombes, Jarvis Cocker, Coldplay's Chris Martin and Frank Turner playing live. Plus we hear from Richard Ashcroft, The XX, Alex James and Steve's beloved Colchester United Football Club!
