Michelin star-winning Theo Randall and passionate professional cook Rachel Allen hit the high road on their culinary crusade, travelling from the West of Scotland all the way to Shropshire. In this episode, they are on the beautiful Isle of Bute, the 'Jewel in the Clyde' to compete in the Bute Agricultural Society's summer show, and the challenge is to make a quiche!
Along the way, the pair meet up with oyster farmer Andre Hughes of Loch Fyne oysters and are lucky enough to sample some of his world-renowned produce.
Back at their stunning cooking location, Mount Stuart House, Theo and Rachel have a small but perfectly formed kitchen in the back of their classic Citroen van. Will they cope with alfresco cooking? Will their quiches make the grade and impress judge MacLachlan? It's all going on in Country Show Cook Off!
