It is day two of top chefs Jun Tanaka and Galton Blackiston's culinary road trip, travelling the length and breadth of the UK competing against each other and the Great British public in country show cooking competitions. Here, the pair arrive in Wensleydale and they are entering the savoury tartlets category of the Wensleydale show.
They could not come to this part of the world without visiting a local producer of real Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese - and David Hartley cannot wait to show them how his fine product can make all the difference to a simple tart.
So, inspired and armed with some cheese, it is back to the job in hand - and our chefs set up their camp kitchen. Will all of their professional experience guarantee success? It is down to judge Pat Hesketh to decide whether they make the grade. It is all hotting up on Country Show Cook Off!
