Joe meets Martyn and Louise Worsely, a couple from an earlier series who were inspired to take on an abandoned property after we showed them some of Britain's empty homes. Following a long search, they stumbled upon their ideal project: a tired and run-down Edwardian terrace that needed some TLC. The Worselys believed it had the potential to create the home they'd been looking for. Four years on, have they pulled their ambitious project off?
We also go back to Liverpool, to follow up on the local residents' campaign to stop the dereliction of empty homes in their neighbourhood, and we return to Waveney with empty property officer Jason Hall on his mission to bring abandoned homes back into use.
