Episode 11 of 15
Duration: 30 minutes
Joe returns to Hampshire to see how Karl and Christina Yau have been getting on with the conversion of their strikingly pretty church. When Joe first met the couple in September 2011, they had just started on their plan to renovate the dilapidated but charming place of worship into a stylish and spacious three-bedroom residence. Now, 18 months later, Joe is keen to see how far they've got in transforming the property into their ideal family home.
We also pay another visit to RAF Hayford to see how the plans to regenerate the hundreds of empty properties which used to house families employed by the air force have progressed. And we catch up with freelance empty property officer Paul Palmer as he returns to see the finished results of an ambitious social housing project in London.
