The lawyer of a teenager with autism who was handcuffed and restrained by police officers on a school trip to a swimming pool tells Victoria Derbyshire that an attempt by the Metropolitan Police to overturn his compensation award sends out a worrying message to officers that they should "restrain first and think later". The Met says it could impact the way officers operate in the future.
