A team of 'good guy' builders are brought in to help sort the problems out - and the programme offers advice on how to recognise a cowboy and avoid being caught out in the future.
Clive has help and advice for homeowners who have fallen victim to cowboy builders. In west London, newly-wedded bliss turns to sorrow when a flat renovation is put into the hands of cowboy builders. Not only is their work shoddy, but they end up threatening the homeowners too.
