dash of vanilla extract
In a large microwave safe mug, combine the self raising flour, caster sugar, cocoa powder, egg, semi-skimmed milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
Mix thoroughly until the mixture becomes smooth.

Kenny's Choc Sauce
Chocolate Sauce
2 tablespoons of chocolate and hazelnut spread

Microwave on high for 20-30 seconds. Stir well until the sauce becomes smooth. -
Microwave Macaroni in a Mug
Macaroni Cheese in a Mug
4 tablespoons of dried macaroni
Pinch of salt
100ml of water
1 large handful of grated cheddar cheese, plus a little more
50ml of semi-skimmed milk
1 small handful crushed ready salted crisps (optional)
In a large mug, combine the dried macaroni, salt and water. Mix well.
Microwave the macaroni for around 6 minutes, stopping the microwave every 2 minutes to stir the ingredients well.
After 6 minutes, the macaroni should be cooked and the water fully absorbed.
Add the grated cheddar cheese and semi skimmed milk. Mix well.
Microwave the macaroni cheese for a further 3 minutes, this time stopping the microwave every 30 seconds to stir the ingredients well. The mixture will appear thin at first but will thicken well after 3 minutes.
Remove the macaroni cheese from the microwave and add the leftover cheddar. Mix thoroughly. This last minute addition of cheese will help to thicken the macaroni further still.
Serve, topped with optional crushed crisps for added crunch (trust us, it works!)
