It's Marc's first session of 2013, and who better to start a new year with than old friends Shrag?

Shrag came together in 2003 at a party in Brighton's Sussex Heights residential tower block. According to legend at the end of night the last five revellers standing - a mix of local DJs, promoters, academics and musicians - decide to start a band, named Sussex Heights Roving Artists Group (yes, apparently that's where the name comes from). Since then they've released three albums, ("Shrag" in 2009, "Life! Death! Prizes!" in 2010 and "Canines" in summer 2012) and four Marc Riley sessions.

Their latest single "Spines Of Old Cathedrals" is out on Fortuna Pop! / WIAIWYA in February.
