Weight watchers has published a study of the number of fast food outlets per person in the UK - and Scotland's two biggest cities have made the top six "toxic" places. And the nation's capital, the home of salt n' sauce, has beaten Glasgow, coming in third ahead of London and Brighton. Is the availability of takeaways responsible for our country's obesity problem? Or is it up to people to make better choices?

And Dame Helen Mirren has said her and director husband Taylor Hackford have an unsentimental marriage and aren't remotely romantic. The Oscar winning actress said she'd be horrified if he even gave her a Valentine's card. So how important is it to have romance in a relationship, or does the thought of it all just make you sick? And Kaye wants to hear your tales of romance - what is the most romantic thing anyone has done for you or gesture you've made for someone you love?
