Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg is backing calls for a royal commission to consider decriminalising illegal drugs, despite David Cameron ruling it out. He says we are losing the 'War on Drugs on an industrial scale'. Is he right - do we need to look again at our drug laws - or are they working perfectly well?
