Jake Humphrey presents live coverage from Sao Paulo's 15-turn Interlagos circuit as the battle begins for the final chequered flag of the 2012 season.
The race has seen some epic contests in recent years, with the 2007, 2008 and 2009 drivers' titles all settled at the famous venue, and there are always thrills and spills along the way. 2012 world champion Sebastian Vettel struggled with gearbox problems in 2011, and the pole-sitter subsequently allowed team-mate Mark Webber to pass him, allowing the Australian to win his first race since Hungary in 2010. Jenson Button finally overcame Fernando Alonso in their tussle for third place with 10 laps to go to complete the podium. David Coulthard and Eddie Jordan are on hand to offer their expert analysis on the race.
