It is week four of the business competition, and the nine remaining candidates are challenged to revamp the great British tradition of afternoon tea, by creating a themed tea service at one of England's most prestigious stately homes - Blenheim Palace.
After selecting their own tea and ingredients for sandwiches, and baking their own cakes, candidates compete to entice hungry customers to taste their culinary delights in their own themed marquee.
While one team goes for a posh 1940s themed tea, the other chooses a Mad Hatter's tea party with psychedelic cakes and cheap sandwich fillers.
In the boardroom, the team with the most profit will win, while one member of the losing team will be fired.
