Liz catches up with Mystery Jets from the Leicester date of their UK tour, which includes their largest gig to date at London's Royal Festival Hall on November 29. They released their 4th studio album Radlands earlier this year.
The band are famously from Eel Pie Island in London and started in 2004 when the boys were still at school and would send songs on cassettes to each other. In their first couple of years they ran a series of illegal parties on Eel Pie island and released various singles, which gradually brought the band to wider attention. They finally released their debut album Making Dens in 2006. They remained as a 5 piece till shortly before the release of the latest album, when Kai Fish announced he was leaving.

Liz also gives listeners the chance to show-off their musical knowledge with themed tune suggestions and chats to a listener about their favourite album in All Killer No Filler.
