After a night spent talking, Christian forgives Syed for losing the family’s money and wants to sort it out together. Syed can’t, and bolts. Masood tells AJ the partnership isn’t a real marriage. Syed arrives, Christian hot on his heels. Masood thinks their relationship isn’t worth ruining over a kiss. Although devastated, Christian won’t let it ruin everything. Syed’s distressed that the kiss with Danny meant something - he was desperate to feel like he was someone. Christian insists he’s scared too, and can’t bear losing Syed but won’t marry him if he’s just trying to please everyone, leaving him with an ultimatum – marry for love or not at all. At the Argee Bhajee, the Masoods try to delay the Registrar. Roxy apologises for her outburst at the stag party and agrees to lend Christian money. Lucy’s sorry she can’t make the ceremony. A black van pulls up on the Square, unbeknownst to the celebrating wedding guests.
