Hardeep Singh Kholi sits in for Aled Jones on Good Morning Sunday to round up Faith in the World Week. Hardeep is joined by Richard McCourt, one half of the children's comedy duo 'Dick and Dom', who will talk about his mother's dementia and his family's decision to care for her at home. His faith guest is journalist Abdul Rehman Malik, who is a writer and contributor to Q News, a leading Muslim current affairs magazine.

    Richard McCourt

    Richard McCourt (Dick) is one half of the famous children’s comedy television duo Dick and Dom. They shot to fame with their programme ‘Dick and Dom in Da Bungalow’ and have been a double act since the early 2000’s. They are currently presenting ‘Dick and Dom’s Hoopla’ for CBBC. In 2005 Richard’s mother was diagnosed with Picks Disease – a form of Dementia. She was just 58 at the time and the diagnosis itself was a long drawn out affair, but he and his family made the decision to look after her themselves rather than put her into a care home.
