He's asking, Should a Muslim man who said "all soldiers should die and go to hell" have been prosecuted? 20-year-old Azhar Ahmed has been given a community order for posting messages about dead soldier in Afghanistan. After six soldiers were killed in a single attack by the Taliban, Ahmed posted that "all soldiers should die and go to hell" Five of the soldiers who died lived locally to Ahmed in Huddersfield and relatives saw the posts. A trial earlier this year found him guilty of sending "grossly offensive communication" and he could go to prison, do you think he should? Many Muslims have asked the question that if someone can insult the prophet with impunity, why should a man be prosecuted for insulting dead soldiers? Do you think he should go to prison.
