BBC Radio 5 Live, Radio 2 and the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra join forces to present a special event celebrating 50 years of the music of James Bond at the cinema. Mark Kermode and Simon Mayo present their weekly film review show before a live studio audience at Salford's MediaCity UK and reveal which James Bond theme 5 Live listeners voted for as their favourite.
Mark and Simon then play hosts again as the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra perform best-loved Bond themes for Radio 2's Friday Night is Music Night, including Goldfinger, Diamonds Are Forever and For Your Eyes Only.
The BBC Philharmonic is conducted by Robert Ziegler with singers Ren Harvieu, Lance Ellington and Claire Moore.
