In the last episode of the series, Reggie Yates puts on a live musical event featuring six young people whose talent has been overshadowed by their Tourette Syndrome. In just three months, each has gone from performing in private to walking out on to a huge stage with a band, cameras and audience to sing live. But can they pull it off or will their incessant swearing, shouting and physical jerks overcome them on the night?
