This week it's the turn of acclaimed country singer Mary Chapin Carpenter to pick the 'Tracks Of My Years'. Today's choice features the unique sound of Tom Petty on a song he co-wrote with Jeff Lynne from ELO which is featured on Tom's album 'Into The Great Wide Open'. There's also a seventies track from the Brit nominated singer songwriter Joan Armatrading that has now become a regular fixture in her live concerts. There's a new Album and Record of the Week and the Monday round of the popular music quiz PopMaster. Mary Chapin Carpenter has described her latest studio album 'Ashes and Roses' as being her most "Personal Yet" and she will be performing some of the songs from the album on a UK tour which starts at the end of this month.
