Palestine and Marketing the Church
Among Roy Jenkins’ guests is a Quaker from Bridgend who’s just back from three months in a Palestinian village, living with its people and observing how they relate to Israelis from nearby settlement communities and the country’s defence forces. She’s been there as part of an ecumenical programme which some British Jews describe as partisan and inflammatory.
