Moray Council have lost a legal case to issue an ASBO to a man who owns nearly 50 German Shepherd dogs, despite numerous complaints from neighbours about the noise of barking. The Sheriff has ruled that Andrew Debidin has a right to a "family life" with his animals.

Kaye asks...Should lifestyle choices outweigh the human rights of neighbours?

And on the day that JK Rowling's first book for adults is published Kaye hears from one of the first people to have read "The Casual Vacancy".
