Grizzly Bear are live in session playing tracks from their new album "Shields" recorded over the better part of a year, this album represents the band's most charged and concise collection of music to date and follows 2009's critical and commercial breakthrough, 'Veckatimest.'
Grizzly Bear began as Ed Droste's solo project in early 2000 in Brooklyn where he wrote all the tracks for the debut album "Horn Of Plenty" in his bedroom.

Plus Lauren looks into how music affects your Biorhythms, offers up free music in MPFree and gets all the latest techno news in Planet Of The Apps.
