Nemone wakes you up to your bank holiday weekend with musical and cultural stimulation.

She enlists a little help picking the tunes from singer-songwriter, and all round rock 'n' roll champion, Eugene McGuinness. He curates his Most Played list for you to wrap your ears round.

Alexandra Heminsley also drops in for your monthly dose of Book Club. She has recommendations for this monthâ€TMs must reads.

And you can help out too, when DJs in PJs returns to get you dancing at 9.30 on a Saturday morning. You can choose a dance track. The only rule is that you have to be in your pyjamas.
