The young Russian pianist Daniil Trifonov makes his debut live from the Queen's Hall in Edinburgh. Fresh from winning the acclaimed Tchaikovsky competition as well as the Arthur Rubinstein competition, he is fast establishing himself as a leading pianist of his generation and today performs music by Scriabin, Stravinsky, Medtner, Debussy and Chopin.
