Day 1 - Part 2

Hazel Irvine introduces live coverage of the first day of the 141st Open Championship from Royal Lytham and St Annes.

Northern Ireland's Darren Clarke begins his defence of the Claret Jug he won at Royal St George's last year - his first victory at a major. England's Luke Donald and Lee Westwood will be hoping for better fortunes than a year ago, when they both failed to make the cut.

While they search for their first major win, Tiger Woods will be looking to recapture the form which won him three Open titles, the most recent in 2006.
