    Lord Coe won gold medals in the 1500 metres at the 1980 Moscow and 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games. He talked about his vision for 2012 through the eyes of a former competitor and his ambition for a great Olympics.

    Debbie Flood will represent Great Britain in rowing at the London Olympics in 2012. She already holds two Silver medals from the Athens and Beijing Olympic Games. Debbie talked to Aled about her ambitions for 2012 and the role her faith plays in training and competition.
