Gloria visits the eagle-eyed Neighbourhood Watch team in Kent who stopped a fake charity bag scam. The crooks tried to divert their donated goods from reaching the good cause intended and the residents were having none of it! Plus a mother and daughter from Derbyshire win a fight for consumer rights, against the rogue roofer who ripped them off to the tune of hundreds of pounds.
